The Rock and Ribs is a Brazilian steakhouses network, inspired by the concept of casual America dining, like in fast-foods and bars/restaurants. It is currently present in five states in Brazil.
In addition to the succulent prime meats and typical snacks of America cuisine, the great advantage of the house is the environment: the decor has been designed to provide people passionate with music, especially good onl rock’n roll, the right place to enjoy our dishes.

“We not just want food, we want food, fun and art” (“Food” – Titans) which perfectly explains the concept of home. The passion for music is the identity of the restaurant and every detail was thought to vibrate that feeling.
The decor highlights famous rockstars photos such as Beatles, Stones, Guns N’ Roses, Jimi Hendrix, Elvis Presley as well as musical instruments.
It’s this energy and poetry that is delivered daily on our plates, costumer service and communication, “tuned taste and flavor of the melody timbre good ears”.
